How do I return my product?

Returns from Extra EU and USA/Canada are not accepted.

Xerjoff.com can only accept refunds made from the website Xerjoff.com.

If you need to return a product purchased from one of our accredited retailers, you must return to the store where you purchased your product for assistance.


When will I receive my refund?

Following the request and confirmation of a refund, it takes about two working days to process the refunds.

The refund can be immediate or it can take several days depending on the customer's bank type.

The amount of a refund could vary due to the exchange rate in currency when refunding.


How can I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please contact us at customer@xerjoff.com.

It is not possible to exchange an item for extra EU and USA/Canada.
