Please note that this offer is not valid for multiple orders, but only on single orders made over 450 euros.
The order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied, Xerjoff is not responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination countries.
The Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Xerjoff has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, customer is obliged by local laws to obtain special authorization to import.
Upon delivery to countries outside of the European Union, there will be a customs declaration charge.
This charge comes upon delivery of the package and is not determined by Xerjoff Group.
Should the customer decline the customs delivery charge and therefore refuse the package, the package will regrettabily be destroyed by customs.
Xerjoff cannot take responsibility for this or offer a refund for the package.
AUSTRALIA DELIVERY : we can only ship to these postcodes, click HERE to see them all.
UK DELIVERY:
from January 1st 2021 all orders to the UK must go through customs declarations. This may lead to additional costs which have to be paid upon delivery.
BRAZIL DELIVERY:
All orders to Brazil must go through customs declarations. This entails additional costs that must be paid upon delivery.

Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package, unless specified otherwise by the customer.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
The supplier reserves 6 Business Days to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Italian Time zone. Dispatch time may increase up to 2 working days due to high season load.
Customer would be provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch.
Parcel would be delivered to the address indicated at the checkout in the dedicated field. In case of recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, customer would be left a note. It remains customer’s responsibility to ensure collecting the order.

Postal codes starting with 9xxx (Madeira Islands and Azores) are not open to Dangerous Goods shipments.
SPAIN ISLAND:
Ceuta and Melilla are not open for Dangerous Goods shipments.

We can Ship only to KUALA LUMPUR City.
