To make a purchase on xerjoff.com, you will first need to log in to your Xerjoff account.

Remember that if you do not log in, you won’t be able to complete the order.

Where can I find out more about the product I have selected?

You can browse the website for your favourite products or search for a particular product by using the search bar on Xerjoff.com.

Once you are on the product page, you will find a description of the perfume and its olfactory notes.

I finished my perfume and ordered another one. Why doesn’t it smell the same?

Due to the natural ingredients used in Xerjoff perfumes, sometimes, natural aging may occur and therefore can cause the perfume to have a slightly different scent to a more recent batch.

Storage can also affect the perfume – heat and light exposure can have an impact on the natural ingredients and therefore affect the scent as a result.


Why isn’t my perfume clear?

Xerjoff perfumes contain natural ingredients and are masterfully hand-poured into their flacons.

It is not unusual to find small amounts of sediment in a perfume containing high quantities of natural materials, a natural occurrence.

I paid with Multisafe Pay, why do I see the status "multisafe uncleared"?

The payment platform can take some time to receive and proceed with your payment, in the meantime when they are processing it, you will find this status on your order, even if the payment was already debited from your bank account. Once they receive the payment, the status will be updated automatically and we will ship your order.


DELIVERY
When will Xerjoff.com receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for the team to manage orders.

Orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Italian Time zone.


How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours once processed. Orders are not dispatched during the weekend.

Returns from Extra EU and USA/Canada are not accepted.

Xerjoff.com can only accept refunds made from the website Xerjoff.com.

If you need to return a product purchased from one of our accredited retailers, you must return to the store where you purchased your product for assistance.


When will I receive my refund?

Following the request and confirmation of a refund, it takes about two working days to process the refunds.

The refund can be immediate or it can take several days depending on the customer's bank type.

The amount of a refund could vary due to the exchange rate in currency when refunding.


How can I exchange an item?
